1. Summary
Pinglo is a puzzle game that works offline. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
2. Data stored on your device
The game saves your progress (current level, stars, coins, settings, and daily reward date) only on your device. We cannot see it. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
3. Advertising
The game shows ads provided by Google AdMob (banner ads, interstitial ads after some levels, and optional rewarded video ads you choose to watch). To show ads, Google and its partners may collect and use your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and information about how you interact with ads. We do not receive this data. You can reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads). 4. Consent
In regions where the law requires it (for example the EEA, UK and some US states) the game shows Google's consent form on first launch and when settings change. You can change your choice at any time from the game's privacy options.
5. Children
Pinglo is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with Google AdMob as described above.
7. Security and retention
Game data stays on your device. Ad-related data is handled by Google under its own policies.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct or delete data and to opt out of personalized advertising. Because we hold no personal data about you, the settings above are the way to use these rights; contact us if you need help.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date at the top will change. Continued use means you accept the update.
